When you use Panda Money the first time you are obliged to give the dialogue a name and a password or quit, as the program is designed to ensure total privacy for each user.
Panda Security Manager, accessible through PandaMoney 3 Major, or via a separate shortcut, has three tabs and, to get to it, you must always present your user name and password.
